Abstract

Injury of the bladder during inguinal hernia repair is a possible complication. The risk of injury is higher if a bladder diverticulum is involved in the hernia sac. Some of the late complications could occur following surgery. We report a rare case of giant inguinoscrotal bladder hernia due to inguinal surgery history. Symptoms, diagnostic modalities and treatment methods are discussed.
