Abstract
Primary melanomas of the genitourinary tract are rare and have poor prognoses. We report a case of a malignant melanoma in the urethra of a 63-year-old man. This case was regarded as a primary malignant melanoma of the urethra according to histopathological and immunohistochemical findings. Herein, the case is presented and the relevant literature is reviewed and discussed.
